Justine’s Coffee Blended Green Smoothie – Vegan
This coffee blended green smoothie is what I drink every day after a workout or just as a snack to hold me over until lunch. It is a high-nutrient yet low-calorie snack you are sure to enjoy too. You can make it your own by switching up the leafy greens or adding different nut milk. Give it a shot!
To prepare for this smoothie, chop up 1 medium zucchini and freeze it for at least 8 hours. It’s what makes this smoothie thick and creamy. Don’t worry you can’t taste the zucchini!
Justine’s Coffee Blended Green Smoothie – Vegan
Vegan, high-protien, high-nutrient, low-calorie, delicious
Serves 1:
1 chopped frozen zucchini
4 oz coffee (i use 1/2 regular and 1/2 decaf)
4 oz almond or soy milk – add a little more if needed for blending
1 handful spinach
1 tbsp fresh ground flaxseed
1 scoop Sun Warrior vanilla protein powder
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
