Justine’s nutritious green smoothie is a blender made juice with all the fiber and nutrients packed into one big glass!
I like to blend my fruits and vegetables instead of juicing so it keeps the fiber and keeps me feel full.

Here is my delicious recipe that you will love and feel amazing after.
Banana – 1 frozen or regular
Spinach – 2 large handfuls
Celery- 2 stalks
Cilantro- small handful
Lemon Juice – juice of 1
Coconut water with Aloe Vera – ½ cup – add more if needed.
