Here is how I work with my clients as a vegan trainer:
- We discuss goals both in fitness and other wellness areas in your life. I then make a fitness plan for you.
- I keep an eye on your food logs and make suggestions to you to improve your health and results.
- I nicely put you through challenging but manageable workouts between 1-3 days a week in sessions and make sure you are doing your homework.
- I am your support team whether you are a rookie or veteran.

I will not ask you to consume animal products to get those hard-earned results

That said though, all trainers, vegan or not have their own training styles and personalities. So when researching for a vegan trainer just make sure they can accommodate what you are looking for. You are choosing them to be your coach and to guide you on your wellness journey.

Healthy Vegan Tofu Scramble Recipe
High in protein, moderate calories, very satiating and delicious!
1 package organic firm tofu
½ cup spicy black beans
1 small red onion- finely chopped
2 roma tomatoes- chopped
1 red bell pepper- chopped
½ cup vegetable broth
1 cup crimini mushrooms -chopped
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp turmeric
1-2 tbsp nutritional yeast – start with one and then add more if you want more cheese flavor
Salt and pepper to taste
Start by sauteing onions and peppers in vegetable broth. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, tofu, and spices. Add more vegetable broth if needed. Saute until well mixed, and fragrant. You’ll then add the nutritional yeast. At this point you can turn it into a bowl with leafy greens, avocado, and salsa or add it all to a burrito! Yummy!
