Yes, she has an active certification with ACE (American Council on Exercise) as well as a nutrition certification through the eCornell Plant-based program.

What is Justine’s personal training experience?

Justine has been working full-time as a personal trainer since 2012. She started out a national gym and then opened JustFit in 2014. In 2020, she started training clients online but recently added a few in-person sessions to the schedule again. She is excited to now bring her experience as a personal trainer directly to her clients in Austin, TX.

How does Justine’s program work?

Once Justine gets to know you and your body after a few sessions including your fitness level, goals, nutrition, and lifestyle: From there, she plans out your workouts and makes suggestions for nutrition and lifestyle to help you reach your goals in a sustainable and fun way. Every session includes a wellness discussion including diet, and then a full workout including a warmup and stretch.

How do I get started?

First, schedule a consultation to discuss your fitness and weight loss goals with Justine.
Second, start a 3 session intro package to test-drive the workouts. Justine will learn a lot about you and your fitness level from these workouts to help build your program.
Lastly, enroll in a full fitness program: 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week, paid monthly.

What makes Justine different than other trainers?

Justine is not a drill sergeant coach, she is more of a teammate who is there to share her knowledge with you as well provide an accountability partner. She coaches with positivity and provides a judgement free space. She is also plant-based so if this is important to you, know she won’t be asking you to eat meat for protein! Yes! She offers free phone consultations or an in-person meet-and-greet in the Austin area for a small travel fee.
