How do I sign up? 

1. Click the “Sign up” link below your preferred class in one of the boxes above.
2. Select the date you would like to attend and complete the payment.
3. You will receive a calendar invite that includes a Google Meet link to join the class.

How do online group classes work? 

Join the class by clicking on the link in the calendar invite.
Justine will let you into the class.
If you want Justine to watch your form, turn on your video. Please leave your audio off.

Beyond the workout, you’ll join a community of like-minded people, and allowing you to break a sweat from the comfort of your own home. Plus, we provide the accountability you need to stay on track; once you sign up, your instructor and fellow members will be right there to ensure you crush every workout!

Are these classes for me?

These classes are intermediate to advanced. They are fast paced and do require a solid base fitness foundation. If unsure, I recommend scheduling one-on-one classes with Justine to work on this foundation and get the green-light for group fitness classes.

What all do I need to be prepared for these classes?

We recommend having the following items for you classes:
A computer with good internet connection.
A yoga mat with space around the mat for movement.
Water and towel.
Light to moderate free weights is recommended but not required.
