How does Online Personal Training work?
I will learn about your fitness level, goals, nutrition, and lifestyle. From there, I will plan out your workouts and make suggestions for nutrition.
We meet 1-3 time per week over Google Meet. Every session include a wellness discussion including diet, then we go into a warm up, workout, and stretch.
Achieving your weight loss goals goes beyond exercise. It requires sustainable nutrition and overall good lifestyle habits.
Forget about the latest fad diets, we will work together to make manageable changes that deliver real, lasting health benefits.

Are you a certified personal trainer?
Yes! I have an active certification with ACE (American Council on Exercise) as well as a nutrition certification through the eCornell Plant-based program.
What is your personal training experience?
I have been working full-time as a personal trainer since 2012. She started out a national gym and then opened JustFit in 2014. In 2020, I started training clients online.
Who do you have experience working with?
My clientele are mostly women 25-65 who are wanting to lose weight and get stronger.
How does your program work?

How do I get started?
First, schedule a call with me and we will discuss your fitness and weight loss goals. Second, start a 3 session intro package to test-drive JustFit’s program. Lastly,enroll in a full fitness program: 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week, paid monthly.
